SALES

We are currently recruiting for New Vehicle Sales Managers, Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Managers, Closers, Business/F&I Managers, Vehicle Salespeople, Internet Sales Representatives, and Greeters.

SERVICE

We have immediate openings available for experienced Service Advisors.
 
Applicant Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor
- Proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction
- Good people skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Computer literacy is a must and ADP experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive.
- Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
- Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for all services and repairs recommended.
- Check on progress of repairs throughout the day and keep customers informed of any changes in the estimate or promised time.
- Explain all cost and time requirements in detail and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Obtain accurate parts and labor prices for all customer pay and internal operations using the appropriate parts price sources and labor pricing guide.
- Handle any customer care issues that may come up with the manufacturer.
- Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every customer.
